Karen is a fully qualified Advanced Personal Trainer (REPs Level 3). After working in Banking and IT for a number of years, she decided on a change of career and to follow her dream. Her goal is to help others achieve their health & fitness goals to improve their sense of wellbeing and quality of life.
Health and fitness have always been a part of Karen’s life. Originally from Australia, she has always loved being active and healthy. Karen enjoys playing tennis, skiing, running, cycling, circuit classes, going to the gym and Pilates.
Karen is married and has 2 young children, and understands that it isn’t easy to fit exercise into today’s busy lifestyle, as work, children, housekeeping, family life and socialising are just some of the things that need to be juggled daily. Karen can help you find the time to fit exercise into your daily routine.
