Karen will work closely with you to establish your goals and objectives to create a fitness programme that suits your lifestyle, needs, schedule and budget.
WHAT: Individual or small group (2-4 people) Personal TrainingWHEN: Available Mon to Sat from 6:30am to 9pm WHERE: A location that suits you (comfort and privacy of your home, at the office, a local park or Karen’s home studio)HOW: The minimum recommended time is 1 session per week, however most effective results are achieved by having 2 to 3 sessions per week
Personal Training steps:-
FREE Initial consultation – discuss your current fitness, lifestyle and individual requirements.1st Personal Training session – Health and Fitness tests (cardiovascular, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility and posture). Your programme will be written based on the results.Training & diet plan – your own exercise and diet plan to follow in the Personal Training sessions and to do in your own time.Fitness & Training Plan review – every 4-6 weeks review your progress, update your training programme and set new goals to achieve.
