Karen and Caroline work together to achieve safe and effective post-natal exercise programmes for the individual.
Together they provide a 10 week programme for all Mums’. This programme can be implemented at 2 weeks after delivery or at some years after delivery. It is open to all Mums’, not just first time ones, and it is run as individual sessions followed by small group or 1-2-1 sessions.WHAT TO EXPECT - All Mum's have a full physiotherapy assessment from Caroline. They then embark on the initial baseline work needed to address specific issues or goals identified from the assessment. This then leads to specific small group or 1-2-1 exercise work with Karen who brings in fitness and lifestyle goals. Caroline also carries out a review at the end of the programme or at other times if needed. This way Karen and Caroline provide effective, specific and safe postnatal exercise that is also fun to do!
